Together over the horizon – MaY 2016 Perspective

The last week of the year is the time of holistic summaries concerning 3 years of organization’s activity. Forms gathered since the beginning of its existence, featuring membership feedback are discussed and precisely plotted. Basing on them, a document which has nearly 50 pages comes into being. It collects conclusions and suggests ways to empower specific assets as well as eliminate perceived limitations. The document institutes structural changes, plans MiM closure and polishes MaY’s internal structure.
