Activity data: articles published, projects applied to, organizations joined, activity timeline.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, cookies for session management.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: provide the platform services, display your public MaY ID profile, match you with relevant projects and opportunities, send essential account notifications.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies: JWT authentication token (session), language preference. These are required for the platform to function.

Analytics: We do not currently use third-party analytics or tracking cookies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Data may be shared with: project organizers (when you apply), editorial teams (when you publish articles).

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Alumni members may choose to remain visible (with explicit RODO consent) or have their data anonymized.
