Now is time to support ‘No Hate Speech Movement’ in their European Action Days!

17th May 2014 – International Day against Homophobia and Transphobia

“Hate speech, as defined by the Council of Europe, covers all forms of expression which spread, incite, promote or justify racial hatred, xenophobia, anti-Semitism or other forms of hatred based on intolerance, including: intolerance expressed by aggressive nationalism and ethnocentrism, discrimination and hostility against minorities, migrants and people of immigrant origin.”

Almost every month they are organising European Action Days and today we can support them in one of their actions!

The No Hate Speech Movement is organising a European Action Day on the occasion of the International Day against Homophobia and Transphobia, 17th May 2014. This is a day to challenge all expressions of homophobic ideas and to promote the protection of Human Rights for LGBTQI people all around Europe. This day is also a day to celebrate Human Rights including  freedom of expression for everybody including people with different sexual orientation and gender identity. The Movement is inviting YOU to join the Action Day!
