Peter Bažík: “Tvoriť hudbu je niečo úžasné” (2)

Vitaj pri pokračovaní interview s Petrom Bažíkom. (prvú časť si môžeš prečítať tu-link).

Každý človek by mal mať nejakú vnútornú motiváciu, takú hnaciu silu, ktorá ho ráno vykopne z postele. Máš niečo také aj ty? 🙂

„Susedia. (smiech). Oni ma vykopnú z postele a motivuje ma vlastne každodenný život, každý jeden deň, každá jedna situácia. Častokrát je to o tom, že niekedy ma nabudí, keď vidím ako niekto niekomu pomôže, alebo niekto príde za mnou, že chce pomôcť.“

A čo si myslí o hudbe a živote? „Tvoriť hudbu je niečo úžasné, lebo pri tom človek ukazuje to, čo zažil vlastne za celý život. Prežíva to znovu pri každom jednom tóne, pri vytváraní určitej atmosféry. Pri vytváraní textu si spätne spomína na celý život. A prežíva ho toľkokrát, koľkokrát komponuje.“

Keď neskladáš a nerobíš niečo s hudbou, ako tráviš svoj voľný čas?

„Šoférujem.“ (smiech) 😀

Rád čítaš alebo robíš nejaký šport? 🙂

„Šport mám. 🙂 V celkom dosť olympijských mierach, lebo mám dve deti. To je už samé o sebe šport. Napríklad, keď za mnou príde dcéra a, že „tato, dvíhaj ma“, tak je to posilňovanie a to nie, že raz, dvakrát, ale polhodinu vkuse. Potom zase treba uspávať mladšiu- ďalších tridsať minút nosenia, a to je záťaž na kríže a stehná. Veľakrát sú to behy, lebo sa jedna rozbehne na kolobežke a neuvedomuje si, že ide na cestu, a človek letí, šprintuje. Je to dennodenný šport. 🙂 Čiže celý svoj voľný čas venujem rodine a tým pádom zároveň aj športu. A pokiaľ sa nevenujem im, tak som väčšinou za volantom a šoférujem ďaleké kilometre preč. To je tak v skratke všetko, čo stíham robiť.“

A ako dostal príležitosť hrať v tomto clube? „Hovorí sa, že nesmieš chcieť. Musíš cítiť, že to máš. Naozaj to funguje. Ja ani neviem, ako som sa dnes ocitol tu. A pritom asi dva roky dozadu, som si hovoril, že „fú, tu by som chcel hrať“. Ale nikdy som nemal nejak odvahu sem prísť a si to vybaviť. A asi pred pol rokom, keď mi môj svokor stále pripomínal, že „mohol by si ísť hrať do toho clubu“, som mu povedal: „veď ja tam budem hrať“. Zrazu prišla ponuka a všetko možné, sranda bola ako sa to celé zbehlo. Lebo my sme tento koncert plánovali úplne niekde inde. A zrazu sme prišli sem a, že „tu budeme hrať“.“

A taká otázka z cestovania. Keby cudzinci – turisti prišli na Slovensko a teba by sa pýtali, že čo by tu mali vidieť, aké 4 miesta by si im odporučil?

„Odporučil by som im Oravu. Tiež východ, kvôli náture a nárečiu. Bratislavu asi nemusím spomínať, keďže by sa ma to pýtali asi tu, takže ju už nerátam. Ďalej by som im odporučil Demänovskú dolinu a keď budú vidieť túto, budú chcieť vidieť všetky. Ja osobne milujem Tisovec, ale kvôli jednej veci, nech ideš z ktorejkoľvek strany do Tisovca, sú tam cesty a aleje. Odporúčam im tam ísť na aute a nech šoférujú. Lebo ja osobne milujem cesty obklopené stromami – a to presne tam nájdu.“

Veľké ďakujem patrí Petrovi, pretože robiť s ním rozhovor bola jedna veľká radosť  a taktiež jeho manažérke Michelle Kristovej za sprostredkovanie tohto interview. Veľmi pekne ďakujem tiež Pavlovi Kulkovskému za jeho úžasné fotografie.

Na záver prajem Petrovi v jeho živote len to najlepšie, aby sa stále zdokonaľoval a mal okolo seba takých skvelých ľudí, ako je on sám.

Welcome to the second part of the interview with Peter Bažík! (you can read the first part here-link)

Everybody should have some inner motivation, some kind of force, which pulls them out of bed in the morning. Do you have something like this?

“My neighbours. (laughing). They pull me out of bed and… I am motivated by everyday life, every day, every situation. Oftentimes it’s all about feeling energized when I see someone helping others or when somebody comes to me asking for help. “

And what does he think about music and life? “Making music is something incredible because one shows what they have experienced in life. And they experience it again with every single tone, by creating a certain atmosphere. By creating the atmosphere, they remember back to their whole life. And they live through it each time they compose. “

When you don´t compose or make something music-related, what do you do during your free time?

“I drive. “ (laughing). 🙂

Do you like reading or do you do some sport?

“I do sports. (laughing) 🙂 In such an Olympic extent because I have 2 children. This is in itself a sport. For example when my daughter comes to me and says “daddy, lift me up,“ that´s body building and not once but two times, and for half an hour. Then when my younger daughter is going to sleep – another half an hour of carrying her around and that´s a burden for my back and legs. Many times it´s running because she starts going really fast on a scooter and doesn´t realize that she is already on the road, so I have to sprint in there. It is an everyday sport. J Thus I give all of my free time to my family and also to sport. And if I am not with them, I am often in the car and drive many kilometres away. In short, that’s all I do. “

And how did Peter get to play in this club? “It is said that you can’t just want something. You must feel you already have it. It really works. I do not even know how I got here today. And about two years ago, I said “Ah, I want to perform here.“. But I never had enough courage to come here and appoint it. About half and year ago when my father-in-law repeatedly told me that I could perform in this club, I said to him “I ´ll play there, don´t worry.” And suddenly I was offered the opportunity and all, it was interesting how it all went down. This concert was originally planned to take place somewhere else. But then we came here and were like “we’re going to play here.””

And one question about travelling. When foreigners – tourists who came to Slovakia would ask you what they should see and visit here, what would you recommend to them?

“I would recommend Orava to them. Also the eastern part of Slovakia because of the personality of the people there and the dialect. I don´t have to mention Bratislava whilst they will probably ask me this question here, so I don´t count it. Then I would recommend to visit Demänovská dolina and when they see it, they will surely want to see all other valleys too. I personally love Tisovec because it doesn´t matter from which side you go there – there are roads and alleys everywhere. I recommend to travel there by car and to drive on their own. Because I personally love roads surrounded by trees – and that is exactly what they will find there.“
